About this Wine

Grapes are sourced from multiple parcels throughout Marlborough, with each parcel fermented using a different yeast. It is then finished as a sparkling wine using a unique carbonation technique (carbon dioxide injection) that creates fine, persistent bubbles.

Tasting Notes

When poured into a glass, it offers refreshing aromas of passionfruit, lime, and dried herbs. Floral nuances of rose also emerge.

On the palate, firm bubbles bring a sharp, refreshing sensation, highlighting the lively acidity. Juicy citrus and tropical flavors spread, leading to a subtle salty finish.
