Natural Chardonnay with a Clean Taste

Beautiful golden yellow in appearance. The aroma features apricot and peach notes, layered with oak. The taste is dry yet very fruity. This natural white wine is rich and concentrated.

As expected from a pioneer in NZ organic wine, this is a wonderfully balanced wine. Its strong umami flavor makes it a great match for sautéed chicken or pork.

About the Winery "Millton Vineyards"

Millton Vineyards is a winery located in Gisborne, New Zealand's easternmost city. They are pioneers of biodynamic farming in New Zealand. They are the only New Zealand member of a global organic wine organization led by the renowned organic producer Nicolas Joly. They also produce fascinating varieties not commonly found in other regions, such as Chenin Blanc and Viognier.

About the Gisborne Region

Gisborne is the city closest to the International Date Line, a small wine-producing region on the east coast of New Zealand's North Island.

Chardonnay is primarily produced in this region, earning it the nickname "Chardonnay Capital."

They also focus on producing aromatic varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Pinot Gris.
