Beautifully flavored natural Chardonnay

The appearance is a beautiful golden yellow. The aroma is apricot and peach with a hint of oak. The taste is dry but very fruity. It is a natural white wine with a rich, concentrated flavor.

As expected from a leading NZ organic wine maker, this is a wonderfully well-rounded wine. It has a strong umami flavor, so it goes well with sautéed chicken or pork.

Milton Vineyards is a winery in Gisborne, the easternmost town in New Zealand. It is a pioneer of biodynamic farming in New Zealand. It is the only New Zealand member of the global organic wine organization, which is presided over by the famous organic producer Nicola Joly. It also has varieties that are not often produced in other regions, such as Chenin Blanc and Viognier.

About Gisborne

Gisborne is the city closest to the International Date Line in the world and is a small wine producing region located on the east coast of New Zealand's North Island.

The region is known as the "Chardonnay Capital" due to the fact that it primarily produces Chardonnay.

Other wines on offer include aromatic varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris.
