Lawson's Dry Hills Reserve Pinot Noir 2017
[Authentic Pinot full of fruit flavor]
This wine is a Pinot with strong raspberry and cherry flavors, a pleasant oak aroma, and a smooth drinkability.
It goes great with pork ginger, lamb steak, and salt-grilled beef tongue. It also goes well with Japanese dishes such as Chikuzenni and beef burdock.

Lawson's Dry Hills Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2021
[Gorgeous fruity feel]
Although the harvest was small in 2021, the grapes were fully ripe. This wine is made from such fully ripe grapes and has a rich fruit flavor. It also has a mineral feel and a complex umami flavor.
It goes particularly well with dishes that are garnished with herbs, such as salmon with dill marinade and Margherita pizza. It also goes well with ethnic dishes such as fresh spring rolls.

Lawson's Dry Hills Reserve Chardonnay 2020
[Mellow and fruity Chardonnay]
The acidity is mild, and the main flavor is the pleasant fruitiness of lemon and pear. The fragrant aroma of hot butter fills the nose. This Chardonnay has a good balance of fruit and oak, but is slightly more fruity.
It goes well with chicken nanban, butter-sauteed pork, and creamy pasta. It also goes well with fried shrimp and squid rings.

Lawson's Dry Hills Reserve Pinot Gris 2020
[Rounded and gentle white]
Pinot Gris is a variety that is being produced in increasing quantities in New Zealand. It has a rounded flavor and is recommended for those who don't like acidic wines. This wine is characterized by a pleasant floral aroma and a peach-like aftertaste.
The great thing about Pinot Gris is that it can be used with anything from appetizers to meat. It can be paired with tempura, sauteed pork, and chopped vegetables, regardless of whether it is Japanese, Western, or Chinese.

About the Winery "Lawson's Dry Hills"
Lawson's Dry Hills is a Marlborough winery founded by Ross and Barbara Lawson.
They were originally farmers who cultivated and sold grapes, but began producing their own brand of wine in 1992. The winery is now run by Tim and Pauline Eville, who replaced the retired couple.
Lawson's Dry Hills is known as a producer of excellent white wines, including Gewurztraminer, which was planted for the first time in Marlborough when the winery was established, as well as Riesling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc in particular are highly regarded in New Zealand.
