Kimura Cellars is This family-run winery was founded in Marlborough in 2009 by Japanese winemaker Shigehisa Kimura. Based on the concepts of "wine where you can see the face of the maker" and "producers who are close to the consumer", they carefully craft their wines using organic farming methods.
