Valli Vineyards Waitaki Chardonnay 2023

This is an extremely limited production wine, even for the already small-scale Waitaki region. It is barrel-fermented, barrel-aged, and unfiltered. The unique flavor imparted by the limestone soil is sometimes described as the closest thing to Chablis in New Zealand.

Bali Vineyards Pisa Pinot Noir 2023

Pisa's vineyards are at a high altitude, and the fruit has a bright character. It offers silken texture, berry fruit, and layered spices. It has an aging potential of about 10 years.
