Collection: Grove Mill

Grove Mill is located in the Wairau Valley, in the heart of Marlborough's wine region, and was founded in 1988 by a group of local grape growers and enthusiasts.

Long before the concept of sustainability became widely accepted, they continued to produce premium, handcrafted wines with minimal impact on the environment, becoming pioneers of local, circular winemaking.

The Southern Belle Frog, featured in the label design, is a symbol of their commitment to protecting the local land for future generations.

The Wairau Valley region is named after the Wairau River, which flows east to west from the mountains to the Pacific Ocean. The shallow, stony, well-drained soils are ideal for growing wine grapes, producing a distinctive, flavorful fruit character.
