Bokumo's sister store, Rockmo, will close at the end of July . Currently, it is only open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but in the final week, it will be open every day from July 27th (Mon) to July 31st (Fri). Please come and visit us if you have time.

Now, about that Rockmo, when I asked for someone to take over this blog, I got a much bigger response than I expected. I'm surprised and thankful!

So, today I'd like to invite you to come and have some fun using the Rockmo space . Rockmo will be coming to an end at the end of July when Haru graduates, but for the month of August, my company will still be renting the space. We won't be open for business, so it's going to be a bit of a waste of a month. So!

We would like to rent out our shop on a daily basis to anyone who wants to be a snack bar hostess or bar master.

Communication across the counter is really fun. It creates a groove that can only be created there. I'm basically a bokumo person, and I only occasionally performed at rock music, but even so, that space was full of all kinds of drama. I've always thought that counter business is interesting and that it would be nice if everyone did it too.

However, it is true that running a restaurant seriously is a high hurdle. It takes a fair amount of money and effort. But if you rent it, you can have a little experience of the drama that unfolds behind the counter. It could be a great way to make summer memories.

So, we are looking for people who want to try it as a mom or master for one day (or multiple days are also welcome) somewhere in August. The conditions are as follows.

You can set your own business hours.
You can choose to have an open atmosphere so that anyone can come, or a closed atmosphere for acquaintances only (intercom available).
Please bring your own food and drinks.
You can use the kitchen facilities, audio equipment, tables, chairs, air conditioners, toilets, and other amenities in the store. If you bring your own DJ equipment, you can hold a music event. If you bring your own musical instruments, you can hold a live event.
However, even though we say rental, it is not a "sub-rental" but rather "operated by Ichiroimo Co., Ltd." This is because our company is responsible for fire prevention, food hygiene, neighborhood troubles, etc. We will instruct you on the business rules in advance and ask you to sign a document promising to abide by them.
Please return the facility to its original state after business hours. In general, you will be asked to take home any trash generated during business hours.
Please be sure to take measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
The rental fee is 20,000 yen per day , 38,000 yen for two consecutive days, and 55,000 yen for three consecutive days (all excluding tax). If you would like to rent for more than that, please contact us separately. The price includes utility fees.
When conducting sales, if necessary, I will upload information to my social media accounts and cooperate in raising awareness.
