At Bokumo, there are table seats immediately after you enter, and if you walk in a little further you'll find me sitting at the counter pouring wine.
Behind me is a wall.
And on the wall opposite me in this little box is the chef.
Wall to wall. Chef and me. Food and wine.
Every day, you have to squeeze the customers in the middle!
Food and wine are enjoyable on their own.
However, when they are all in the same space and in harmony with each other, the enjoyment increases to an incomparable extent.
The mood turns into laughter, a warm atmosphere, and sometimes even heat, and continues to grow.
And even after the customers have left, I can still feel the lingering afterimage of their laughter lingering in the air.
That customer looked like he was having a good time. He had a good look on his face.
And so, as days like this continued, before I knew it, 15 years had passed.
I want to throw a party to show my gratitude.
As I was thinking about this, the keyword "sandwich" suddenly came to mind.
