I think I'll do what I've been holding back on.
I thought it was about time to do it.
Before Corona, I did it quite often.
There is a demand for it, after all. And it's exciting for me to be doing it.
This is something you should continue to do.
Just as I was thinking that, coronavirus came and I had to put it on hold.
But it's about time.
hey?
I will do it.
It's... a "bachelor wine party" !!!
Actually, I've been hearing this a lot at the counter lately.
"Dating apps are tiring."
This app is now ranked number one in the list of marriage inspirations.
There are several regular Bokumo customers who met their partners through the app and ended up getting married.
However, there are also voices like this.
"The guy I met on the app was incredibly nasty."
"He didn't show up at the appointed time for our date, and I couldn't get in touch with him, so I ended up eating alone at the restaurant we had reserved."
"After our date, I thought things were going really well and we were going to arrange another date, but then he just disappeared."
They're all terrible stories.
I see. I guess meeting a lot of different people also creates unexpected friction.
It seems that there are many people who feel annoyed, frustrated, and exhausted by this friction.
What if it were me?
If you're single and you try a dating app with high hopes, what if you end up in the last scenario of "Today's date felt great. Maybe it would work out with this person, but then I never hear from them again?"
No no no no, I can't stand it. Because it goes up in the air and then it's brought down to earth. It definitely breaks my heart.
I see, single people who are suffering from app fatigue are having a hard time.
Well, maybe we should put the app aside for now.
Instead of searching through the limited (and exaggerated) information on your smartphone, why not explore the possibilities at a real party where there are many people of the opposite sex right in front of you?
So, Bokumo presents the "Bachelors Wine Party"!
Before COVID-19, I thought that since I run a restaurant that brings together all kinds of people, I had a mission to create a place where people who wouldn't normally meet could meet, so I held various meeting events.
There were "Rock T-shirt mixers" where the dress code was rock T-shirts, and "CD swaps" where people brought their favorite CDs and exchanged them with others. It was fun and exciting.
While I would like to hold such cultural events again (I actually have a few planned for the fall), this time I think I'll simply host a casual wine party for singles.
Since this is the first time since the coronavirus outbreak, I wanted to start with something classic and functional.
Yesterday, I mentioned at the Bokumo counter that I was going to do something like this, and I immediately got an application. There really is a demand for this. It makes me happy to know that there is a demand for this. It's worth it.
So, here's an overview.

What a singles wine party is like
■ No age restrictions (of course, if you are single, your marital status is not an issue)
■ We welcome first-time customers (we hope this will help you learn about Bokumo)
■ There will be fun events to encourage interaction between participants (let's loosen up!)
■ Feel free to exchange contact information (maybe exchanging Instagram details is good. Maybe even LINE IDs if you try hard?)
■ All 8 types of wine are high quality New Zealand wines (luxury!)
■ All-you-can-drink (but please don't get too drunk)
■ The food is international cuisine that goes perfectly with wine (a selection of the chef's masterpieces will be on display)
Last minute cancellations on these types of events are extremely inconvenient, so we would appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
If you know someone who would like one of these, please send them a picture of this flyer.

We look forward to your participation!
