Soto is delicious

Something to drink or eat outside. I wonder why it tastes so good.

For example, a camping barbecue can be very tasty even if the meat is inexpensive and a little burnt.

I would never think of roasting marshmallows on a stove at home, but roasting marshmallows over a campfire makes the ultimate sweet treat. I can't get enough of it.

Last year when I went to the mountains, I had a very ordinary curry on the terrace of a mountain hut, and the beer I drank while sheltering from a light rain. Those were also special flavors.

It's not hard to imagine that being outside would greatly change the way you feel.

So, what is the difference between outside and inside?

Outside, there is sunlight. There is wind. There is rain. You can hear the sound of a flowing river. Birds are pecking at fruit in the trees. Ants on the ground are carrying food.

We perceive this information through our five senses.

This will make it easier for you to recognize that you are just one of many living creatures on this planet.

That's what I think.

So, rather than in an ordinary house with walls, ceilings and floors, the acts of drinking and eating feel like "something we do to stay alive, just like other living things."

And I feel grateful for that.

When you eat it gratefully, it tastes delicious.

Based on this logic, I believe that eating and drinking outside can be a wonderfully delicious experience.

And drinking wine soto is something special.

This is especially true if you have seen the process of wine making.

Imagine you have a glass of wine in front of you right now.

And I am standing on the ground. At the end of that ground is a field. In that field, carefully cultivated grapes hang generously. A craftsman crushes the shiny grapes, skillfully ferments them, and then carefully ripens them.

And that's how the wine I'm sipping now arrived in my hands!

I am tasting it right now, standing on the same ground as the grapes and the craftsmen!

Hello, hello, this is a wonderful and delicious experience.

In reality, we may not think about it that much each time we drink, but when we're drinking outdoors, I think somewhere we feel a connection with nature.

Come on, it'll get warm soon.

When that happens, go for a drink outdoors. Be part of nature once in a while.

That's right. The idea is to let people experience autumn in the faraway Southern Hemisphere in the midst of spring in Japan, with its cherry blossoms in full bloom.

A clear wine poured into a glass. 10,000 kilometers away, there are fields, grapes, and people who grow and brew them.

"Wow, the Earth and people can create such delicious things."

I hope it will become a place for such discoveries.

No, it's not. It's simpler.

"New Zealand wine is so delicious!"

If that gets across, perfect!
