You sometimes feel that way, right?
When I was younger, I would catch a cold two or three times a year.
But in the past 10 years, I've only been bedridden a few times. Maybe it's because I drink wine regularly and diligently ingest polyphenols.
As you get older, you learn how to deal with colds when they strike. When I was younger, I would feel the warning signs, but there was nothing I could do to prevent them, so I ended up in bed a lot.
However, now that I have gained a bit more experience than I did when I was younger, I have discovered my own way of staying safe when I feel like I'm in danger.
it is···
"Eat a lot of beef."
Normally, I don't eat much beef. I eat pork, chicken, and sometimes lamb.
I'm feeling a bit cold. This is bad. When this happens, I eat a lot of beef. Then I drink Kudzu-to and go to bed.
Then it usually gets better.
I think that when your body takes in a large amount of beef, which it doesn't normally get much of, it becomes motivated. Probably.
So, for me, beef is medicine.
This is a very personal folk remedy (although I'm vaguely aware that it's actually thanks to Kakkonto), but I believe in it based on my past successful experience of eating beef and not getting bedridden. Those who believe will be saved.
When I woke up yesterday morning, I felt fatigued and had chills.
I had no beef in the fridge and no time to go to the supermarket, so I rushed to a beef bowl chain restaurant.
I stopped by again when I was returning home after work. The rice was heavy, so I ordered a beef dish. Then, I drank some kudzu and went to sleep, and today I feel much better.
Okay, I'll eat some beef again before going to work (and of course I'll eat some vegetables too).
I often hear that some of Bokumo's customers are feeling unwell.
