Albariño wines, a Spanish and Portuguese coastal variety, have a mineral finish even in New Zealand. They have a distinctive fruity flavor followed by a slightly bitter umami taste.
This wine is perfect for seafood and goes well with dishes such as vongole bianco, garlic-sautéed shrimp, and seafood paella.

A slightly deep pink rosé wine. Using the color "Pinotage" and the white grape "Arneis", we pursue the unique personality of this wine. It is a fresh style with a rich fruit flavor.
A dry rosé that goes well with a wide range of dishes, from appetizers to meat. It goes particularly well with prosciutto and sausages. It also goes well with Chinese dishes such as chili shrimp and spring rolls.
About Left Field
Left Field is a winery established by the Lawson family in Gimlet Gravels, Hawke's Bay.
The winemaker is Richard Painter, who has experience making wines in numerous vintages in Oregon and Washington, USA, and in wineries in Central Otago, Canterbury and Nelson, New Zealand.
The winery uses grapes from Hawke's Bay, Gisborne and Marlborough, and continues to experiment with growing rare varieties not often grown in New Zealand and creating unconventional blends.
Most of the grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly into barrels or tanks for white wine, while for red wine the grapes are destemmed and fermented in open fermenters (fermentation tanks with the lid open).
Our focus in winemaking is to treat the grapes gently, move the wine as little as possible, and age it slowly in cool cellars.
