We have recently added a new white wine from the winery "Fuia Vineyards" to our lineup.
The following two products have been released this time.
Huia Vineyards is a winery founded by Alan and his wife, winemakers with experience in Champagne. Based in Marlborough, a major wine-producing region, they handcraft their wines.
The first vintage was in 1997, and the producer was one of the first to obtain organic certification and practice biodynamic farming methods!
Now let me introduce the details of the product.
FIA Pinot Gris 2019
A smooth taste that you won't tire of drinking.
A very mellow organically grown Pinot Gris.
It combines the rich aroma of peach and mango with the freshness of lime.
There is also a slight spicy aftertaste.
This wine has a long-lasting finish and is a perfect match for fatty grilled salted mackerel, grilled salmon belly, and herb-sauteed chicken.
Huia Dry Riesling 2019
A delicious white wine with a strong acidity and crispness
Fuia, a winery that produces handmade, organic wines, produces dry Rieslings with a pleasant, refreshing acidity and a hint of minerality.
Recommended dishes include boiled sausages, bacon and potato pot-au-feu, salted boiled pork, etc. Prosciutto and fruit salad also go well with this dish.
