Why do we include this wine card with every bottle of wine?
This is because by sending you these wine cards, we hope that you will be able to accumulate experiences with the wines you drink.
If you are studying for a wine qualification or work in a wine-related job, I think that unless you enjoy "wine as knowledge," you often forget about the wine you drink. And you get drunk (laughs).
However, it would be such a shame to drink such delicious wine and then forget about it.
With these wine cards, you can keep a record of the wines you have drunk. There is also a space on the back for dates and notes, so you can write down simple impressions.
From my experience (as a staff member, Sato), I don't have a wealth of specialized knowledge, but I feel that accumulating memories and records about wine makes wine more enjoyable in a compound manner.
