Bokumo Wine is a store that really values its regular customers.
We are a very small shop,
"We spend a lot of money on advertising to bring in new customers, make our wines cheaper, and get them to buy in droves."
This is not possible.
Our store has a small warehouse, and Iwasu has to taste all of the wines and write comments and pairing suggestions, which takes time and money. Also, if he thinks that a wine "should not be introduced" even if it is in a "saleable price range," he won't stock it.
It is structurally impossible to run a business that relies on "increased purchases and the ability to circulate a large amount of inventory."
So sorry, but Bokumo Wine is not a cheap place.
However, many customers who have shopped with Bokumo Wine once continue to use our service multiple times.
I'm not sure exactly what it is that you like about it,
"Even though it's an online shop, we want to provide a service that is as similar to a brick-and-mortar store as possible."
Maybe that's what fits me so well? I think.
We would like to express our special gratitude to our customers (regulars) who use Bokumo Wine repeatedly.
for example,
- Sale information only available to newsletter readers
- A gift campaign only available to those who have used the service multiple times
- A quiz and giveaway event only available to blog readers
We have implemented the following:
Recently, we have started offering a 10% discount for anyone who purchases 20 or more "wine cards," which we send along with their wine.
This isn't a "system-based" thing either, but rather an analogue thing where participants are asked to send in photos of more than 20 wine cards via official LINE or email (although it's digital, since it's LINE).
We call these types of projects for customers who have used our service at least once "favoritism projects for regular customers," and we are always thinking about what we can do to help them.
It costs a lot of money to advertise and run sales to attract new customers.
Of course, that still needs to be implemented.
But as a very small shop that only sells New Zealand wines, Boxmo Wines has limited money to spend on such things.
in the first place,
- We do not give anything back to customers who use our store regularly.
- Offer advertising and one-time-only sales to new customers only
We feel very uncomfortable about that.
If you like New Zealand wine, why not experience Bokumo Wine's "Regular Customer Favoritism Project"?
We would like to communicate with customers who share our stance and enjoy New Zealand wine together.
To anyone who thinks that we might be a good choice, sommelier Iwasu and staff member Sato look forward to your visit.
