O:TU is A winery in the Awatere Valley in southeast Marlborough. The total area of the vineyards is 336 hectares (72 Tokyo Domes). It is known as one of the three wineries listed in New Zealand. Veteran winemaker Jeff Clark has been in charge of winemaking since 2020.
