This slightly sweet sparkling wine is made using the same grape varieties and methods as Champagne. It takes a lot of time and effort to age the base wine for a year, and then the secondary fermentation and aging for more than nine months.

It's best enjoyed chilled under a clear sky. It can be enjoyed on its own, but it also goes well with tuna sandwiches and cold pasta dishes.

Fruity Rosé

Mimi Pink Sparkling NV

This authentic rosé sparkling wine is made using the Champagne method, a method of secondary fermentation in the bottle. Its appearance is a beautiful pink color, with fine, fine bubbles that give it a gorgeous look.

When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fruitiness of apples and the juiciness and acidity of strawberries. The fine bubbles that pop in your mouth are very pleasant.

This wine is made with a high proportion of black grapes (75% Pinot Noir, 12% Pinot Meunier, 13% Chardonnay), which gives it a somewhat rich and powerful flavor.

In addition, the residual sugar content (the amount of sugar contained in the wine) is 14g/1L, but the result is a slightly dry wine, making it a very approachable style.

The flavor is familiar and the label is cute. It also makes a great gift!

This sparkling wine has just the right amount of sweetness and a mild fruitiness, so even those who are not accustomed to drinking wine will find it enjoyable.

About Hawke's Bay

Hawke's Bay is located in the eastern part of the North Island and is characterized by abundant sunshine and a relatively warm climate, and boasts the second largest grape-growing area in Australia.

Hawke's Bay specializes in producing red wines, particularly those made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Syrah, while fruity Chardonnay is a popular white wine.

The Gimlet Gravels, an area created when what was originally a riverbed was pushed up by an earthquake, is one of Hawke's Bay's important sub-regions.
