It is perfect for occasions where many different types of snacks are gathered, such as cherry blossom viewing parties.

It also handles fried chicken, grilled squid, frankfurters, pizza, and yakitori.

If you're serving it at the dinner table, a fish salad would be a great appetizer.

For the main course, try sautéed chicken or pork. A light tomato sauce would be good. Topping it with basil or cilantro would also go perfectly.

Chinese cuisine, especially stir-fried dishes, are likely to be a perfect match for this wine. Try pairing it with dishes such as Eight Treasures, Stir-fried Tomato and Egg, or Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots and Pickled Mustard Greens.
