We would like to inform you about changes to our shipping fees.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but we have decided to change our free shipping price from April 10, 2023.
As some of you may have already heard in the news, the shipping company we mainly use (Sagawa Express Co., Ltd.) has announced a price increase for shipping from April 1st. In addition, in response to the recent world situation, electricity prices for the warehouse where we store our wine have also increased.
In light of this situation, we have come to the decision that it is difficult to maintain our current shipping fees and free shipping service. Therefore, we will be changing the purchase amount for which free shipping is available and the shipping fees to Japan.
We appreciate your understanding regarding these service and price changes.
We will continue to strive to improve our services in order to fulfill our mission of delivering great New Zealand wine to you, so we appreciate your continued patronage.

We will change the purchase amount for which shipping is free.
Conditions applicable to orders placed after April 10th

A relay fee may be charged for delivery to remote islands. The fee will be calculated when we confirm your order and you will be notified accordingly.
Please note that during the summer (May to September), even if your purchase amount qualifies for a shipping discount or free shipping, we will still charge you a separate refrigerated shipping fee.
