Until now, Bokumo Wine has generally shipped wines using refrigerated delivery services during the summer months (May to September) to maintain the quality of the wine, and has refunded the difference to customers who preferred room temperature delivery.
However, we have recently changed our specifications so that customers can choose between refrigerated or room temperature delivery regardless of whether it is summer or winter.
The steps are as follows:
- Press the selection button for "Delivery method [Please choose cool/room temperature delivery]" on the cart screen
- Select your preferred shipping method from "Sagawa Express (room temperature delivery)" or "Sagawa Express (shipping fee + refrigerated delivery) *recommended" (You can also check the fees for each on the cart screen)
However, Bokumo Wine recommends shipping by refrigerated delivery during the summer months of May to September to maintain the quality of the wine. Wine is a delicate drink and is sensitive to temperature changes, so please consider using refrigerated delivery during hot seasons.
